The main villa features: 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed, and 2 twin size beds), 2 full bathrooms, plus one "al fresco", 2 TV’s, a sound/stereo system in the living area, mini-split AC in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all the rooms, telephone / internet, refrigerator, freezer, and large windows offering spectacular ocean and garden views, 3 covered patios, and outdoor round dining table for 6 guests, 1 kitchen, separate laundry area with washer and dryer, and private parking space for one vehicle, remote controlled gate.
In addition to the main villa Marise, there is a 750 sq/ft guesthouse on the property, which can be rented in addition to the main villa. The guesthouse features: 1 bedroom (2 twin size beds), 1 full bathroom, mini-split AC in the bedroom, telephone / internet, refrigerator, freezer, a living area with open kitchen, a large covered patio with outdoor dining table for 4 guests and private parking space for one vehicle, remote controlled gates.
